Aeration

The aeration system is integrated on the back of the cabinet so that the gas Is supplied into the chocolate outlet. The tempering and crystallisation process is therefore not influenced by mixing of gas. Consequently, the recipe of the mass is safely maintained. A great advantage. External aroma and AMC SuperNova colour tank is optional.
