Chocolate pumps |

We have for many years developed chocolate pumps, which are both efficient and reliable in operation. These pumps are made in two different types, i.e. the CP pump for plain chocolate and the CPI pump for chocolate with ingredients. The two pump types operate according to two different principles. The Aasted-Mikroverk pumping programme thus covers all requirements, such as transportation of cocoa butter and chocolate, cream fillings and masses with ingredients. As all pumps operate at low rotational speed, all masses are handled very carefully. All pumps have reversible direction of flow. All pumps are water-jacketed for hot water circulation, and the construction of the pump is simple, sturdy and easy to maintain. The CP pump for plain chocolate is a gear pump with inner as well as outer gear wheels ensuring an impulsefree flow. The pump is as standard frequency controlled, but can also be supplied with DC gear motor with fixed ratio. The CPI pump for chocolate with ingredients is a semi-rotary pump and can therefore be used for masses with ingredients.
