Tanks and sieving systems

Our tanks are available in capacities ranging from 300 - 5,000 kg. The standard construction is in mild steel, sand-blasted on the inside and powder-varnished on the outside. An all stainless steel construction is also available on request.

All units are water-jacketed, and a thermostatically controlled electric heating element is used for water heating.

Our tanks are fitted with a powerful stirrer driven by a top-mounted gearmotor. The design allows melting of small chocolate blocks as well as storage of liquid chocolate.

The tanks are fitted with a two-piece hinged cover equipped with an electric safety switch for the stirrer motor, and on request a sieve for infeed of chocolate can be installed.

All tanks are fitted with two drain valves and a complete electrical control system.

On request our tanks are available for capacities exceeding 5,000 kg.
