Eriksen Laboratory Roller Unit, Type ES-101-20

Dimensions: length approx. 600 mm, height (adjustable) approx. 1,355 / 1,275 mm, width approx. 640 mm.

The unit consists of one pair of special rollers with 200 mm diameter and 100 mm width designed for lentils 13 x 5 mm. The rollers have a centre body through which the cold brine is pumped, and the forming cavities are engraved in a set of sleeves, which can be pushed in over the centre body.

The rollers have double support bearings on one side, and on the side where the sleeves come off there is a removable collar plate with bearings to keep the centre distance between the two rollers constant.

One drive arrangement for the rollers, consisting of variable speed gear motor with frequency drive.

Complete steel frame made from structural tubing with the rollers placed on top and with castors so that the rollers can be placed over an existing conveyor belt. The height is adjustable.
