Laboratory equipment

The portable tempering system, AMC 50 CTS, is the world's smallest continuous 3-zone tempering machine having the same accurate control system as the latest production machines. The AMC 50 CTS can be used together with small moulding or enrobing lines, or for decoration as well as for laboratory purposes.

The portable tempering system comprises the following:

  • Aasted laboratory temperer, type AMC 50 CTS, with patented K-zone (crystallizing zone) and heat barrier for optimal formation of Beta-V crystals.
  • Holding tank, complete with stirrer etc. which scrapes clean the tank sides.
  • Chocolate pump driven from the same variable gear motor that also drives the stirrer.
  • Detempering section to ensure that the mass in the tank is detempered before reaching the tempering section.
  • Stainless steel portable table, including necessary control cabinet and water circulation system.

Optional equipment for the tempering system

  • Water chiller to change the water system of the temperer into a closed and self-containing circuit system.
  • Aeration Unit.
  • Electrically heated, flexible chocolate hoses.

The tempering system, type AMC 50 CTS, requires no attendance and supplies uniformly treated chocolate tempered to manufacture high-quality products with regard to gloss, shelf-life, crisp break and contraction.
